Earbuds that fit my ears

These Sony Sony Mdr-As20J earbuds are wonderful.

My ear canals are not well-suited to earbuds, and regular earbuds fall out even if I jam them in hard. This design hangs them on my ears, loosely. The sound is great, you can hear the outside world easily because they are forward-facing, and for about $15, you can't go wrong. If you have given up on earbuds due to fit, definitely try them.
